There is an interstate compact that allows Colorado to revoke your Colorado license just as they would if the conviction for DUI was here.  Genrarlly, if your ability to drive is revoked in Nebraska, Colorado law would not allow you to drive here using your Colorado license until you are reinstated to be able to drive in Nebraska.
