Garbage lawyer. Ben doesn’t care about helping your case, all he cares about is taking your money. He takes forever to get back to you as well. Spoke to many lawyers after my case was closed and all of them are astonished that he let me plea guilty to my charges. I wish I could go back in time and take my money elsewhere.
My late parents had Benjamin Roth prepare their wills & handle estates. My father passed away in 1994 at age 61, & my mom had Mr. Roth revise the will.It was very basic & he clearly spent little time on it. She appointed the daughter who resides in Dubuque who has no empathy. I was closest to my mom but was 75 miles away & had an infant &: 4 yr old, so she named the sister in Dubuque her POA & executor, although they were not close.The eldest daughter was estranged from our mother for 31 yrs when our dad passed. Sent impersonal gifts on "special occasions"3x/yr & a few cards & calls yrs ago & upset our mom. Had no contact w her after she became ill. The "POA" took legal papers from my mom's home to prevent her from making changes. She has NOT fulfilled her fiduciary duties & created more stress for our mom. I requested financial docs & Mr Roth never sent them & won't respond to calls. He's cold, unprofessional & unsympathetic. He's in the WRONG business. I wouldn't refer my cat to him.
Garbage firm, stay away from Emilie. Writes false GAL reports, willing to commit perjury, I witnessed it. I have evidence to prove it. Also, from another complaint regarding a disability case she lied, that is from a different review on another site. So I cannot confirm it. She is now a magistrate, must be her dad who pushed that one. It is not libel if it true.
