I have been in probate for my Dad's estate whose assets are literally ONE house and that's it. Uncomplicated and yet, I am STILL in probate over a year and a half later due to one reason. Bridget Goldbeck. She is unresponsive, missed several deadlines and has had to resubmit paperwork she filed incorrectly (which we are still waiting on now). She has gone a full TWO MONTHS without contact and admitted there was no reason for it or her lack of job performance. She has threatened me and called me disrespectful for simply expecting her to do her job and reaching out regularly. I feel like if I didn't reach out to her I would never hear from her at all. I have no other words than STAY AWAY from this law firm. No one seems to care or hold anyone accountable. My dad died and this is NOT how I expected this process to go honestly... It's been harder than the actual loss to have to deal with Bridget and her law firm. I cannot warn people enough but will spend forever trying now :)
