I found the Winebrake & Santillo Law Firm to be extremely personal and professional. They made me feel like they were genuinely concerned about the best outcome from my perspective. Clearly the defense attorneys had respect and concern in dealing with them. Their reputation alone forced my previous employer to take the matter seriously.

Hired Law Firm

Attorneys Winebrake and Santillo fought for me to get my job back after I was wrongfully terminated. They never gave up. They always told me the truth, never talked down to me, and included me throughout the legal process. I would gladly use their services again, if I had troubles in their area of expertise or ask them for advise on other matters.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
