Hired Attorney Kristin Raffone Jordan

Kristin has repeatedly assured me that she would take specific actions in my case, yet those promises consistently go unfulfilled. She seems to take on far more clients than she can reasonably manage, which leads to delays, missed steps, and a lack of follow-through. Her communication is inconsistent - she will commit to something, later deny having said it, or changes course without explanation. She frequently ignores calls and emails even when the matter is time sensitive, leaving me in the dark and scrambling for updates. This pattern has made it incredibly difficult ti trust her word or rely on her support. The overall experience has felt disorganized and chaotic, making collaboration frustrating and emotionally draining.
