Having a particular focus in commercial litigation, he has successfully resolved business disputes including matters involving buy- sell agreements, corporate receiverships, corporate dissolutions and buyouts, “freeze outs”, oppression and related claims, trade secrets and commercial lease disputes as well as non-compete, non-disclosure and non-solicitation agreements. He has represented fiduciaries and beneficiaries in estate and trust related matters and incapacitated persons, their relatives and guardians in guardianship matters.
