McHugh of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas, after which she was an Assistant District Attorney with the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office. While working in the District Attorney’s Office, Megan prosecuted both felony and misdemeanor cases through all stages of the criminal justice system, including before judges and juries.Megan is a graduate of James Madison University and the Syracuse University College of Law, from which she graduated Magna Cum Laude. While attending law school, Megan served on Law Review, the University’s Moot Court team and was named a member of the Justinian Honorary Law Society, which is reserved for the recognition of the top 10% of law school graduates in the nation.
