Attorney Stanczak is the founder of the Law Offices of Frederick M. Stanczak located in Doylestown, PA. The Stanczak law offices provides representation to parents, guardians and children who need legal advice and representation in matters relating to education and in regard to matters concerning Children and Youth actions, guardianship and estate planning for children with disabilities. Mr. Stanczak also provides legal representation in family law matters including divorce, custody and equitable distribution. Before starting his practice, Mr. Stanczak served as Litigation Director for Susquehanna Legal Services, an eight county program based in Williamsport, Pennsylvania and also as Litigation Director of Legal Services of Central New York, a legal services program covering 12 counties that provided a wide array of civil legal services to eligible clients. He also served as an Associate Professor of Law in the Law Clinic of Syracuse University Law School, where he trained prospective lawyers in the development of their litigation skills and as an attorney with the Education Law Center in Philadelphia, PA. Attorney Stanczak brings his experience, compassion and dedication to every case. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
