Michael Senyouit was my lawyer. He made no attempt to get any charges dropped. He told me my license would be suspended day of sentencing. That was not the case, I received a letter from DMV giving me a date the suspension was going to start. I also found out through another letter from the DMV that I was receiving a second suspension, that didn't start until after the first finished. Michael never informed me I would be receiving 2 suspensions.
Went to do a will, they don’t listen to what you want, and pretty much railroad you into what they want. They don’t give you a chance to discuss the changes amongst yourselves, then charge a ridiculous amount when you have to go back to get what you really wanted to begin with.
This Law firm is horrible. I was really taken advantage of with large additional fees on top of the fee for the attorney.Dont trust this law firm! I was left with a small amount after all the mystery addional fees . And permanent injuries. . attorney had no fight in him my case was 100% defended fault.Bad firm!!!
this lawyer overcharged, didn't know or present correct materials, was rude, insulting, dragged out case, caused me to pay an assistant who sat in court and did nothing, and didn't even hand him materials, was losing case but I hired another lawyer who corrected much of totaros damage won the case and got my mother out of an abusive nursing home where she was injured
Mr. Totaro did not know important facts, did not present important documents, did not question people on stand correctly, dishonest to his client and overcharged did not review important documents and paperwork a different lawyer did everything Totaro did not do
