Hired Attorney

Absolutely never use this law firm. My mother passed away two years ago with a very simple estate only savings she had already sold her home and liquidated everything. We hired Jay Fisher and his legal assistant Theresa Chuplis. There was so many mistakes made. Several times requesting information only to be told they had made yet another mistake and it would take longer. Right from the start they made mistake mistakes. Waited three months to post notice in the newspaper. Gave me misinformation about when the estate would be settled. I had the audacity to charge $10,000 for minimum of five mistakes made during this case. Do yourselves a favor and find an attorney's office with a qualified attorney and legal assistant. These two made a bad situation even worse. I'm hoping a report to the Bar Association will help.
