I hired is attorney’s for a lawsuit and that I was dealing with I was sued for not having a signed contract. I reached out to Richard for help his prices were pretty reasonable, and I am not dissatisfied with that aspect. The aspect that I am dissatisfied with this firm is a counter lawsuit was filed on my behalf, solely based upon me being reported to the state contractors license board, which is totally illegal. It’s a frivolous lawsuit. You cannot file a lawsuit against someone for reporting you to a government agency, but either way he did.
