He did not keep facts straight and contradicted himself on multiple occasions and did not track Case developments competently. Often he stopped responding to emails from counsel. He is disorganized and doesn’t observe proper spelling sentence structure and grammar. He was temperamental and resorted to threats to demand his way. His writing was often incoherent and he threw his weight as minors counsel in ways that defied logic. He is a threat to the public and should not be appointed on the basis of his inability to grasp facts track case developments be responsive and lack of respect for litigants. He made an already difficult process a complete disaster by forgetting what he would say ignoring important case developments and generally taking irrational positions. I wouldn’t recommend him for anything that requires civility, detail, professionalism and respect for the rule of law.
