this lawyer allowed the executor be do things with great bias toward one heir and would not return calls to same heir, very unprofessional in my opinion in allowing her friend the executor to do what she wanted in the executor position, and only work with one heir and ignore the second heir, just thru experience and my opinion. I was under the impression the executor and estate lawyer was in place to ensure that the will and any changes to the original will are carried out to the wishes of the deceased person, and not to change or allow one to make changes for personal reasons. just my thoughts and opinion.
