This was was appointed to represent my son for a mva that a man driving 10mph over the limit died in after he rearended my son. This man did absolutely NOTHING to defend my son. In fact, he was clearly in cahoots with the prosecution and resulting facade of a farce. My son has a frontal lobe brain tumor and per NHTSA should not have been subjected to a field sobriety test after he told the DSP that he has a tumor that affects his balance. Everything that occurred after this should have been quashed, however, Motoyoshi did not file the motion to quash. When I asked him why he yelled at me "Dont tell me how to do my job!" There were two calls to 911 reporting said mva that morning of 12-21-22. One was from my son, who was rearended and the other was from someone who stated, on recording, that my son "was hit and DID NOTHING WRONG". Motoyoshi refused to request the 911 recording be heard at trial. He also refused to call the one eye witness, who could help my son, to testify.
