Parkowski, Guerke & Swayze, P.A. is a law firm established in 1975 with an office in Dover, DE. At this office location, there are 10 lawyers practicing civil litigation, trial practice, environmental law and 15 other areas of law.
Having employed this firm for many years to represent an estate for which I was executor and trustee, I cannot recommend more strongly against hiring this firm, especially Attorney Kashif Chowdhry. There seemed to be numerous and repeated questionable issues of over-billing, the attempted use of an accountant and appraiser who either were even more exorbitant and failed to perform work, and ultimately, and completely unacceptably, a complete abandonment of the case near its conclusion (distribution) without responding with requested evidence to specific questions of what basis there was for the very late resistance to properly and fully represent the trustee.
Kashif Chowdhry doesn't return phone calls! How does a law firm not care about potential customers by not calling them back????
