Our HOA hired the firm first to pursue a financially negligent, homeowner to begin legal proceedings and recoup a significant amount of money owed to the community. The same homeowner was caught on video surveillance causing damage to community property. The firm was fantastic with helping handle the matter. They have also been instrumental with assisting in updating our community's policies regarding several issues our property has been plagued with for years but required expert legal guidance to remedy. On behalf our our entire board of directors, we are more than pleased with the time, attention, level of professionalism and vast level of knowledge of the governing HOA laws.
