Hired Attorney

he requested to be able to withdraw from my case least then 48 hours before he was to represent me in court. He never notified me that there was a problem and if I didn't fix it he would ask to withdraw from my case as required and many times he talked to a mutual friend about my case without my knowledge or permission. This was a custody case where parental rights were being terminated and my granddaughter was going to be adopted if I didn't win the case. He called the friend n told her he was dropping me but DIDN'T TELL me. He also told info of the father . His reason for asking to withdraw was breakdown in communication but we emailed on 3 separate days the week before. He also charged me for at least some of the times he was breaking attorney client confidentiality with the friend. I'm filing a lawsuit against him for what he's done. This man should not be.allowed to practice law.
