Since 2003, the Law Office of Jason W. Swindle P.C. has been dedicated to vigorously representing people charged with violating the criminal laws of the State of Georgia. In 2006, Jason W. Swindle Sr. joined Kevin W. Drummond to form the firm of Drummond & Swindle P.C. Drummond & Swindle P.C. is known as the foremost and most well respected criminal defense firm in the west Georgia area. In 2012, Mr. Drummond and Mr. Swindle decided to separate from the firm in order to handle more criminal cases without conflicts of interests arising when co-defendants wanted both attorneys to represent them.

Hired Attorney Jason W. Swindle Sr.

Our case involved a driving offense in Georgia while living in Texas. Jason handled the details so that we had the fewest return trips needed, worked with the prosecutor to have the best outcome we could expect. The Swindle Law group was very helpful along every step of the process. They were polite and courteous in every contact and were always quick to return our phone calls or emails. I will recommend them when ever possible.

I met with Jason and his team regarding my case and decided to go with his firm. First off I must say that everyone in his office was always pleasant and answered any questions I had. They were always very responsive. Jason was able to get the jail time off the table and got me the best outcome for what I was facing. I will forever be grateful for Jason and his team. Although I hope I will never need his services again, I would highly recommend him for anyone else that needs an Excellent criminals defense attorney.

He is a rarity in today's world- that attorney who goes the "extra mile" because he truly cares about his clients, right vs. wrong, and the law.
