Terrific staff, from the front desk to the paralegals, everyone was fantastic. Shaun was great in court and made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. His paralegal Courtney helped me with all my questions along the way keeping me up to date and had lots of patience explaining what was going on.

I paid a retainer of 2500 to McGhee he said the case should be simple enough. My wife suffers from a personality disorder and is behaving erratically and has our children. Ben Lewis would not look at my evidence I 2 seperate court dates. Told me to hire a lawyer and prove I didn't do it. So I did. 3 weeks later we go to court for nothing. He filed in the wrong court. Judge Lewis td him to file in another court. He did somehow win custody of the kids for me. I never went to court. It lasted 4 days when my wife's mom called down here paid another lawyer more money and he proceeded to get custody right back to Michele. When McGhees para legal called to tell me so and that I was to drive the kids half way back after I was forced to drive the distance to get them I said I didn't want to do that. Asked them to call her attorney and tell them they would have to make the trip not half it's only fair, McGhee told his para legal to tell me he was dropping this case. 3700 I paid in total .
The lawyer refuses to talk to me. The paralegal will only update me if I call. I’m strongly considering taking my business elsewhere, and I strongly recommend that you look at somebody else before you contract with this law firm.
Probably one of the worst lawyers my family worked with. My brother was in country for 3 months before my brother seen McGee. It was only after we tried to fire shaun that he did a "video visit" Shaun wouldn't even drive the 2.1 miles to county jail to see his client. His excuse?? Why he used video.. he to my brother "all the lawyer rooms are broken" even the officer told us we needed to fire him after that. He lied to the family on how much time by brother would get, simple class C first time offender got a lot of time. Almost no arguments at sentencing and no objections to the time. My brother had an illegal sentence and Shaun knew it. The max my brother could get was right below where he signs. If you upset him, he becomes vindictive. Won't respond to calls till he gets his money, unless he needs more, Wanna GO to prison? Then this lawyer is for you. During court he will text,. Not paying attention.
