I am extremely disappointed with my experience as a POA working with Dustin Fowler and his firm. There was a serious lack of professionalism and accountability throughout the process. After being retained and paid a substantial amount of money, I did not see the level of effort or thorough legal work that was promised. Important filings appeared incomplete, and communication was always difficult, unproductive, or completely denied. There is also an ongoing issue involving funds that were not earned being retained by the firm and then unnecessarily being entered into a court interpleader. Attempts to resolve this matter have been frustrating and unsuccessful. Documents that must be served are being intentionally sent to the wrong address to hold up over $80,000. In addition, interactions with his partner, Stephen E., were similarly challenging. I experienced both attorneys as uncooperative and unwilling. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.
