I had an 8 year old DUI case come up. I had originally hired another lawyer, who has now passed, which left me with having to hire another. I paid Raynor $2000.00 plus $900 for a copy of the transcript. I was only able to meet with him one time before court and I was not counseled by him so that I would be ready for court. He had his mind made up that I was to be found guilty before we even went to court. He put forth absolutely no effort in defending me. Did not submit all of the solid evidence I had provided him with. Did not attempt to make the jury nor judge aware if the important and unique circumstances in this case. I was found guilty. After 8 years with no run ins with the law and 8 years sober, now working as a field Engineer for a very reputable company one where I am required to travel from one corner of the country to the other and do this driving a company vehicle. The judge suspends my DL and once able for reinstatement I have to put an interlock device and obtain an int
Very disappointed in this Law Firm. Whenever they initially took my case, they sounded very enthusiastic and said whatever they needed to in order for me to sign with them. 10 months goes by and there is no movement on the case. Finally, I get a call from Gina (paralegal) and she tells me there will be a hearing on AUG 26. I was like, great news, that sounds really good. Well, a few days before the 26th I get a notice that they filed for a continuance. No explanation or anything. Come to find out, through the grapevine, that Dustin Fowler an attorney from another firm was supposed to be in court on the 26th but couldn't make it because he was representing some high-profile client in Houston County. However, he was not even in court on the 26th. I was a little upset and wanted an explanation and the response from Dustin was "I have lots of clients. If you don't like it find another attorney."
I'm uploading recorded conversations, text messages, and pictures to youtube this Friday so you can see how Clifton Wesley Raynor, Amanda Leigh Faust, Ginger Hicks, and Jon Christopher Capps lied about my cousin's trial. I also will be uploading their replies from the Alabama Bar Association concerning my cousin, and I want you all to compare notes. Amanda Leigh Faust has PTSD and other illiness, stated out of her own mouth. The same neighbors have complained about her, and the drama she keeps up in the neighborhood. Half the board members do not associate with her, and knows her story from elementary school. Clifton W. Raynor is a delusional, deceitful, racist pig. And he is a fat one, too. He will lie to get ahead and deframe anyone in his way, especially if you're black. His number one sayings towards black people are as follow He calls black people: 1. Crazy 2. Trouble makers 3. Angry 4. He says we suffers from untreated mental illnesses. Who gave this jackazz a PHD? lmao
Raynor Wesley Clifton, is the most unethical and dishonest attorney I’ve ever encountered, he has no morals or a level he want cross. I’ve worked with many Attorney’s before. he has no philosophy or concern about a African American's civil rights nor the way it effects their lives. His only concern is winning at all cost. I have experienced that from him personally. He sees nothing wrong with a, Afican American being called a "Stupid N" by a doolally neighbor. Never in my tenure have I ever experienced such negligence and outright disregard for the welfare of human rights by a court so called attorney. Where is his responsibility and merit, this person shames the honor. It’s unconscionable to me how many African American's have been his sacrificial lambs. This man should not have a license in my opinion. Raynor Wesley Clifton, is utterly incompetent, grossly ignorant, abhorrent and has a flagrant disregard for upholding legal ethics and human decency. Where's his philosophy in that?
