I did not mark anything due to the fact this attorney Devin Kirby is so willing to turn on his clients for any amount of money or material objects offered. He's very cunning. He decided not to tell me he played ball with the defendant for yrs. And he and the defendants family is pretty tight. He did nothing for my family but he lined his pockets nicely for his. Heres only a couple of problems that I have proof of on my case... 1) Hmmm why would he tell At&t he wasn't my attorney?? Exact words to them was plaintiff is acting pro se 2) I had to find out on my own my grandson stated to DFS that he was touched sexually by his now stepfather. Shouldn't that be something I should know?? And why would a attorney wait for the court date to receive the Paperwork from the police? It's your decision on the lawyer u pick but really think over your chose I have nothing to lose or win by telling this I just hate to see anyone have to live with the pain that man has caused me.
