If I get a divorce after a long term marriage, what are my rights?

It is difficult to advise a client without all of the facts. It is really essential that you at least consult with an experienced family law attorney. Generally speaking you would be entitled to an award of one half of the community property obtained during the marriage. Unfortunately, given the facts as you have presented them, there is every probability that your husband has been hiding assets.

I'm being served with child support papers in mail last week and i have not worked in last 3 weeks and court date is Oct 25th and i cannot afford a la

If you cannot afford a lawyer, you will have to go to court to represent yourself.  Even though you have been out of work, the judge might impute income to you based on your previous salary.  That means that if you used to earn $30,000 the court may award child support as if you are still making $30,000.  If you will be getting unemployment, then you will have to pay a portion of that as child support.

What can I do if my wife filed a divorce case that is full of lies?

I could prattle on about the law and such, but that's not what you need now. Get a good (not just any) divorce lawyer, now. You need one. Badly. Yes, it'll cost you, but it will more than pay for itself if you get the best lawyer you can afford (and the best you can afford cannot include a crappy lawyer). If you play your cards right, you could come out of this divorce in a great position. Try to jump over dollars to pick up pennies and you'll regret it the rest of your life.
