That can't be answered based on the limited information you provided. Consult a local attorney and discuss your situation in detail. But generally if one party has the access and control of the money, that party pays both lawyers.

Can I get financial support from my husband if we get a divorce?

Richard B. Jacobson
Answered by attorney Richard B. Jacobson (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Richard B. Jacobson Associates, LLC
Your husband's possible adultery is not relevant to a divorce. You are entitled to child support from your husband, and very likely maintenance (= alimony) as well. I strongly recommend you find a good matrimonial lawyer and discuss the legal actions you can take either to compel support, or for divorce (in which support can be compelled).

Yes, she can. But your situation is complex and you would be well advised to consult with a local divorce attorney.
