How do I request my entire file including engagement agreement, all correspondence between the two divorce attorneys and file?

Sign a substitution of attorney making you your own attorney until you find a new one. Call your attorney tell him you want him to sign a substitution and ask for your file. Give him a few days or a week to have it ready for you.

Is there anything I can do without a lawyer if my ex recently stopped paying spousal support?

If there is an order requiring him to pay child support, then you can make a motion for him to be held in contempt. You can do it on your own, but it would be easier with an attorney. Also, if it is clear that the child support is owing, then your attorney can probably recover his or her attorney fees from your ex.

Can my husband get money after I won a medical lawsuit if he divorces me?

Depends on how the settlement was structured/ written up. Check with an attorney who has reviewed the document. Controlling case is probably Florida Supreme Court decision in Weisfeld.
