Probably wrong but not a crime, needs to be addressed in your answer. Florida has a three year look back provision that allows a party to review financial matters for the past three years.

That depends upon several things: 1) What issues are to be decided besides the divorce. Custody? Pensions? IRAs? Property? 2) Where do you live? 3) Is your spouse consenting to the divorce or are there things to negotiate and/or take to court.

In Wisconsin, you file the summons and petition with the clerk of the Circuit Court. There is usually one circuit court per county. It's really a good idea to retain a skilled Family law attorney when important matters require someone familiar with the courts and the law.
