Is it true that I'll still be held accountable for this car loan even after divorce?

Yes you are responsible. All marital debt is attributable to both parties even if the divorce decree states that the debt was his. Your remedy would be to take him back into court for Contempt of the Divorce Decree. A judge can order him to pay on the loan.

No. You can't get married if you're already married. One spouse at a time. Your divorce must be final before a new marriage can be entered into.

Neither party can force a spouse to leave the state as part of the divorce orders. I suggest you hire a lawyer.
