What do I need to do if my previous wife has remarried yet we never divorced?

If you want to be able to legally say you are not married, you need to file for a divorce. Your wife's "remarriage" is legally invalid, but has no significance to your situation. If were not divorced, you are still married and if you later try to remarry you will also be guilty of bigamy.

If he is the spouse with all the money the court will award you legal fees. Contact a local lawyer and explain the situation - you'll be OK.

Motion to file for clarification of language in divorce decree

Doing a QDRO on your own is more than difficult - most divorce lawyers use an outside consultant/specialist to do the work - it really is that complicated. As to the motion - you can try to draft and file it. But it isn't necessarily an easy thing to do. There is a small filing fee for the motion - but it's the supporting papers that are the tricky part.
