How will a fraud grounds divorce affect me

Answered by attorney Diana L. Anderson
Divorce lawyer at Diana L. Anderson
I'm not sure why filing under fraud would save money.  There is a no fault divorce in New Jersey.  Neither party has to plead anything to be able to get divorced.  I would think that she could plead "no fault" you could not contest the divorce, and it would be the same time/cost as pleading fraud.

Am I entitled to divorce alimony?

Cathy Rose Cook
Answered by attorney Cathy Rose Cook (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Cathy R. Cook, Attorney at Law
You may be entitled to some spousal support. Unlike child support, there is no formula for spousal support in Ohio. Rather, the court examines a number of factors contained in a statute.
