You have an interest in the value of the house basically equal to one-half of all payments made on the house during marriage with community property income. that would include both your salaries.

The only way that a divorce can be contested is that you are not living in a bona fide state of separation [still romantically involved].  Beyond that, he cannot prevent you from obtaining the divorce.
