Will a judge grant an uncontested action when one side agrees to give all major marital property to the other?

When you get into a hearing [which is what you'll have to do], the Judge can split things up any way he/she sees fit.  If you testify that she can have all sorts of things but you want one or two items, it gives him something to go on [presuming the condo is equal or less in value to the items you're giving up].  Be glad to help!

You would just file an uncontested divorce petition with the other required forms.  An uncontested divorce can be finalized in about 31 days.

In the state of Georgia. Can both parties interested in an uncontested divorce walk into the courthouse and file

You can complete the forms necessary for an uncontested divorce.  Depending on the county where you reside, you may be able to download the forms.  If not, call the clerk of the superior court to determine if the office has printed forms you can pick up. Once you obtain the uncontested form packet, read the instructions carefully, complete the forms, have the necessary documents notarized, and file them with the filing fee. If all required documents are completed, both of you may be able to obtain a final hearing within 31 days after filing.
