Is my sister entitled to her husband's retirement pension/ savings?

Is she already received her divorce it is very difficult to undo that. While child support can be modified, property distributions usually can not unless there was outright fraud. She should speak to an attorney.

Your original retainer agreement probably states (and should state) that you are entitled to a refund of any unexpended retainer amount. The lawyer should be providing you with an invoice not less than every 60 days.
