Can I kick my husband out of the house if I bought it?

On a temporary basis, the "ownership" of the house is a factor but less of one than what makes sense for security and peace. The court will kick him out, regardless of ownership, if it maintains the peace.

Is my second marriage valid and legal?

Divorce your first wife before you are charged with bigamy. You can only be married to one person at a time. The second marriage is void.

My ex''s attorney added something into the divorce psa agreement that my attorney said not to sign.

It seems like he is trying to get out of paying alimony to you if the children so not ask for child support.  Child Support cannot be waived.  Even if you do not request child support, and even if you make an agreement that he does not have to pay child support, the children, when they get to be 18 can always go back and get child support for themselves.  I'm not sure what good this clause does, because it seems that he is counting on the children not asking for support when they turn 18, or not wanting contribution to educational expenses.  Its hard to answer without knowing the financial situation between the two of you, who has custody, what the support arrangement is proposed to be, etc.  But if your lawyer says not to sign, its probably a good idea.
