Have someone personally serve him next time he sees the children - just have the service happen after the visit when the children are not around.

What am I entitled if I get a divorce?

Answered by attorney Monica H. Donaldson Stewart
Divorce lawyer at Donaldson Stewart, P.C.
Generally speaking, each spouse is entitled to receive half of any assets (and debts) that accumulated during the marriage. I recommend you speak with an attorney to determine whether you might be entitled to request an award of spousal support as well.

How do I file for divorce for free?

In Georgia, you would need to file a Poverty Affidavit. You can find the forms on the Internet. It will be up to the Judge whether to waive the filing fee after reviewing your affidavit.
