Can I go there to delay it if I have second thoughts about getting counsel which I never got?

Divorce lawyer at R. Jason de Groot, P.A.
The hearing has probably been set for quite some time now. No, you should not go there just to delay the case. You have probably had plenty of time to get an attorney. Going into court and saying you want more time to get an attorney is most likely not going to get you more time.

If my husband never put my name on his savings account, is it illegal if I pulled out half?

If the money in the account came from earnings, the funds are community property. If they came from a separate source, e.g. an inheritance, the funds are separate property to your husband. I suggest you keep copies of statements from that account, not remove any funds, but file a motion for temporary orders as soon as you file for the divorce in September, and ask the court to either give you half because you need some operating funds, or freeze this along with other accounts, so neither one of you can abscond with any funds.

What can be done if on a court website, my husband filed a substitution of attorney but an attorney’s name is not showing?

Answered by attorney John R Ceci (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at John Ceci PLLC
It probably means the clerk's office has not entered the Substitution in the register of actions yet. How long that takes depends on the county. Assuming the judge signed the substitution it's just a matter of time. The attorney being replaced is attorney of record until the substitution is signed or an order allowing withdrawal is signed.
