How do you qualify for annulment in Colorado?

Answered by attorney John E. Kirchner (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at John E. Kirchner
First, you need to understand that the basic process of having the marriage declared invalid (Colorado no long has "annulment") is no easier or simpler than divorce. Second, without more detail it isn't possible to determine whether your situation qualifies for asking a court to declare the marriage invalid. But, because there are time limits for some reasons, it is important that you consult an attorney in person as soon as possible to find out your options.

Is it true that I can't get the house if it's in my name but my husband helped me with the down payment and the loan?

So you listen to a man who lies to you all of the time and you believe him? Get an attorney, file for divorce and kick him out of your house, not his.
