You need to ASAP file what is called a "Petition for Order to Show Cause" in the divorce court, and you should also attend the "341 Hearing" concerning your ex's Bankruptcy case, to challenge him "discharging," or getting rid of that loan obligation. Considering the divorce was finalized in 2007, time is of the essence in your case, so don't delay!
