What State are you in? If you are in Florida, she is probably not entitled to much if you have only been married for a year. You should consult with an attorney as soon as possible in order to best determine your potential rights and options.

How long after getting married can the marriage be annulled?

Answered by attorney Douglas Lee Bryan (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at The Bryan Law Firm L.L.C.
A marriage in Louisiana cannot be annulled unless it technically wasn't legal in the first place. If the requirements for a legal marriage were complied with, then the only way to end the marriage would be divorce or death of one of the parties.
