My attorney is not helping me and I want to change him how do I do it, is it bad to do it?

Divorce lawyer at Anne B. Howard, A Professional Law Corporation
If you had a 4-way, sounds like you reached an agreement. If it's not drawn up as agreed, talk to your attorney. You may want to consult with another attorney to see whether the agreement is fair and reasonable. All you need to do to change attorneys, is sign a substitution of attorney and have it sent to your attorney to sign. HOWEVER, changing attorneys at this stage in the game could be very expensive as someone else has to get up to speed and if settlement didn't work, you'll be going to trial, so bear the additional cost in mind when you consider how fair the agreement was. However, paying a second attorney for a consultation would not hurt you. By CA law, once a child is age 18 and has graduated high school, or age 19 at latest child support ends. There is no CA law requiring anyone to support a child through college.

Can my wife get more than 50% authority of my kids or kick me out of my rental house?

It isn't possible to answer your questions because, if you and your wife cannot agree to what is fair and reasonable for the temporary orders, a judge will have to decide after considering all the relevant information. There no simple, arbitrary rules. You should at the very least consult an attorney who can spend enough time to discuss the situation with you and explain the general principles that will be followed by the judge in reaching decisions.

Yes, you can move out before your divorce. Your safety is important, and moving out early shouldnt affect your rights to community property.
