If part of the settlement is waiver of child support for good if i walk away from my share of home equity. would i have problems in the future?

You should take the proposed agreement to a lawyer. Waiving child support is against public policy and a judge won't allow it. If the agreement says that you are paying a lump sum of child support (in the form of equity or something) than that might be feasible. Still, there may be circumstances that arise, particularly involving the childs needs, that might allow her to make a modification. You really need an attorney here or you might regret this agreement later! Good luck.
