What will I do if he ask me to sign the GRAND DEED to transfer the house but he has not provided documents showing the removal of my name on the loan?

Answered by attorney Gerard A. Fierro (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Gerard A. Fierro & Associates
You would only sign the deed in conjunction with an escrow where a refinance loan will remove you from the existing loan. Your agreement or Judgment should have a provision regarding selling the home if a refinance loan is not obtained within a certain reasonable time.
