Can a legal separation be filed by the wife and agreed upon by both parties without having 2 lawyers?

Michael Todd Hampton
Answered by attorney Michael Todd Hampton (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at M. Todd Hampton, P.C.
Yes, you don't have to both have lawyers. It is generally advisable, however. A lawyer cannot represent both people in a divorce or separation, therefore if you are not represented you may  be at a disadvantage in dealing with the other side.

Are there any legal action that can be taken regarding Facebook display of marital affair?

I do not think there are steps that can be taken to prevent anyone from posting in Facebook but if there are questions in the divorce that should be filed regarding his activity, you certainly have proof of his behavior.

You can file a Petition for what is known as a Nullity (what used to be called an annulment) and, if successful (which it should be), the legal effect will be as if the marriage never occurred.
