You could complete the case in the county where your spouse lived if the spouse lived there for 90 days before you filed. But your spouse may ask for a change a venue to the county where the children live (which is now the county where everyone lives now).

It is a difficult question to answer without seeing the decree, but most attorneys make sure that the final decree disposes of ALL property, whether stated or not.  It may well be, however, that your decree has some language regarding any assets not disclosed can be re-allocated.  If that is the case, it would be worthwhile to pursue.  However, again, usually the decree simply states Wife take all 'other' debt in her name and Husband take all 'other' debt in his name.  This type of blanket language is generally sufficient to negate any motion for new trial or attempt to bring the case back before the court on a property distribution argument.  Again, this will depend largely upon the lieral wording of your decree.  Find an attorney local in your area and ask that they quickly look at it.  Takes about 10 minutes.

Easy. For most states, you can file for divorce in the state where you reside (as can she), once you have lived there long enough to meet their legal requirements. While you generally need to list the place of marriage, if no one lives there anymore, that state has no jurisdiction, as divorce jurisdiction is based on your current residency. Where this gets tricky is if you own real property together or need to have child support or spousal support set.the state where divorce is filed/granted would need to have personal jurisdiction over the paying party.
