Hired Attorney

I was arrested on June 3, 2023 for violating a protection order the judge granted me a civil standby the month before I called 911 for my standby and was me met with force from the Eagle County sheriffs, Colorado state patrol, and Avon Police Department for violating a protection order. It’s March 16, 2025. I spent a year in jail they rolled me in competent to this day. He’s never filed one motion for me not one. I told him back in June 2022. I did not want his office around because they did no-shows for three months on a felony charge which also kept me in jail for the year. Here’s the interesting twist on June 5, 2023. I’m learning this today for the first time not by Chris Claypool by the way by me going to the court, clerks office spending two days of writing down grants and vacates for motions ruled on. It shows that the protection order was on Avon police and it was entered on June 5 two days after my arrest how can you violate a protection order and be sitting in jail for a

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
