Mr. Morris was easy to schedule an appointment with and was convenient to our home. He explained the will, living trust, and power of attorney clearly. He met all of our needs.
I called a few lawyers and left messages because I am in the market for help. K. Morris returned my call. His voice was not clear so I was not sure what name he said. I asked a few questions to be clear who I was speaking to. His responses made it clear to me that he was in a hurry and rushing me to get to the point. I know attorneys are paid by the hour so my guess is he did not want to spend too much time on a free call. I attempted to explain what my needs were then asked where he was located. His heavy sigh along with his "Well you called me" in a rude tone made it clear to me that he was not the attorney for me. I describe him as rude and inpatient. Hardly the type of person I would want to seek legal advice from during what could be a very stressful time for me. I told him no thank you and hung up. I would not recommend him to anyone. If what you gave me was how you treat potential clients I wonder how you treat others once you have already taken their money.
