Vince Haisha is a Partner at Flood Law and a principal member of the Criminal Practice Group, where he concentrates on federal criminal defense, complex sentencing matters, and cases requiring sophisticated analysis of medical and scientific evidence.
Vince has successfully tried capital and complex cases in both state and federal court. As lead counsel, he has tried dozens of cases to verdict with overwhelmingly successful results and has successfully defended hundreds of individuals, including high-profile athletes, general managers of professional sports teams, and public figures. He represents individuals and healthcare professionals facing serious federal charges, including healthcare fraud, regulatory violations, and white collar offenses. He has extensive experience navigating federal sentencing guidelines and has successfully advocated for clients in sentencing proceedings involving role enhancements, sophisticated means allegations, and departures based on mitigating circumstances.
A committed advocate for the wrongly accused, Vince has helped overturn several wrongful convictions through meticulous investigation and persuasive appellate advocacy. He has argued before the Michigan Court of Appeals and prepared briefs before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Vince maintains a successful professional licensing practice, representing physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals as well as real estate professionals in disciplinary and regulatory matters at both the state and federal levels.

Vince earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his law degree from Wayne State University Law School.
