Since 1991, Tom Esordi has focused his practice on civil defense litigation including first and third-party automobile matters, warranty and consumer law claims, product and premises liability as well as contract claims. He has successfully tried numerous matters to verdict in Federal Court and throughout the State of Michigan.
Mr. Esordi also has significant experience handling labor relations, municipal law and employment litigation. He has served as General Counsel to Grosse Ile Township since 2011 and is also well experienced in arbitration and mediation.
Mr. Esordi is AV Review Rated by LexisNexis/Martindale-Hubbell. The AV Peer Review rating is the highest rating allowed. It attests to a lawyer’s legal ability and professional ethics, and reflects the confidential opinions of the Bar and Judiciary.
Mr. Esordi received his J.D. from the University of Detroit School of Law. He earned an A.B. in History from Kenyon College, and is past president of the Detroit Region of Kenyon College Alumni Association. He is also a licensed Michigan real estate broker.
