I spoke to someone in his office for 10 minutes and he charged me an additional $400 that was denied. Then he tried to tell he no longer handles bankruptcies. He sent a final bill stating $1,500 was still owed.
For the past four years that I've been paying on my filing I'm no more aware of my status than the first day I went into Mr Thomas office.The only time I hear from his office is when he has added on another fee for what he(his legal aid) say that they did a review of my account. I never get a direct answer as to when I can expect to be finish with the Chapter 13, it's always in a few months, but I'm still paying. Any attempt to communicate by phone, I'm sent to vm and no return call is made.
