Robert B. Goldi is a Shareholder practicing in Kotz Sangster Wysocki P.C.'s Detroit, Michigan office. He is a graduate of the Wayne State University Law School (cum laude) and Michigan State University (B.A. Finance, with honors).
Mr. Goldi is the Practice Group Leader of Kotz Sangster Wysocki P.C.'s Financial Services Practice Group. Mr. Goldi has extensive experience representing both providers and users of capital on a broad variety of commercial and structured matters, including secured transactions and bank loan and credit agreements involving both real and personal property. His practice includes leveraged and single investor leasing, securitizations and other structured financings. Mr. Goldi actively represents banks and other financial service providers with general corporate matters, loan documentation/review, workouts, consultation, acquisition and disposition of accounts, loan and lease portfolios and compliance with a broad range of Financial Service Laws and Regulations.
As a member of the Corporate Transactional Practice Group, Mr. Goldi provides general consultation to all forms of business entities, with particular emphasis on corporate acquisitions, asset sales and the formation of business enterprises.
Recent representative engagements include:
•Representation of Lenders/Lessors in both the documentation and workout of various secured loans/leases, including, multi parcel commercial and residential real property projects, and various types of personal property and equipment, including, rolling stock, over the road tractor/trailers and manufacturing equipment.
•Representation of institutional equity investors in connection with numerous leveraged lease financings of aircraft, rolling stock, and new factory equipment.
