Joe is a bad attorney and legal advisor. His firm has cost me money by misinforming me of everything. He withdrew from my case due to him sabatoging my case so I receive hardly anything than what I should've received. He was working more for the insurance company and the other party to get them more and me less then he expects to get paid for doing nothing but lose my case. I would avoid his firm if you want to win anything. He will want you to take a settlement instead of fighting in court at trial.
